The fine print
- US only (for now). We currently ship to all 50 states. International shipping is on the roadmap — join the newsletter and we'll announce it.
- Tracking. Every order gets a tracking number emailed as soon as the label is printed.
- Wrong address? Double-check your address at checkout. If a package comes back to us, we'll reach out to re-ship it (a second shipping charge may apply).
- Delays happen. Weather and carrier hiccups are out of our hands, but if your package is seriously late, contact us and we'll sort it out.
