Products & pricing
We do our best to describe every fragrance accurately and keep pricing up to date. If we ever list a price by mistake, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than honor an obvious error.
Orders
Your order is confirmed once payment goes through. You'll get an order confirmation with your order number. We pack and ship within 1–2 business days — see our shipping page for the details.
Not happy with your order?
Contact us and we'll take care of you. Every situation is handled personally — just tell us what happened through the contact page and we'll make it right.
Inspired-by scents
Our fragrances are original creations inspired by popular designer profiles. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any designer fragrance houses. Any comparisons are for reference only.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order. We're a small family business doing our best — we stand behind our products, and if something's wrong, we'll fix it.
